This customer had a large porch and deck that was in good shape. They just wanted some storage space for bike and toys… so I installed the underdeck and gutter system to drain rain and provide a ceiling, the framed, sided and painted the entire structure to match the house! The barn doors were painted to match the garage doors!

The old deck was pieced together decades ago and needed a total replacement. I put together this beautiful 40x12 with screened in porch, tongue and groove ceiling, outdoor fan, gutter system and even a small side deck for lawn equipment storage or extra seating. This wonderful referral wanted this area enclosed. She had a small cold concrete slab without any suncover out back. She wanted a cozy spot to hangout and entertain so I built this screened in porch to keep the bugs out and the good times in!

So thankful for the trust of some awesome clients to let us build this for them. They wanted the old shaky deck gone and a new sturdy space with a beautiful underdeck system installed including wiring for a fan on the underside. A set of switch back stairs and black balusters set this build off right!
