This backyard had a pool deck that was cracking, deteriorating, and beginning to fail. Rather than applying a temporary fix, the homeowner chose to rebuild it correctly and create a long-term solution.

Our team:

✅ Demolished and hauled off approximately 400 square feet of failing concrete

✅ Installed a reinforced perimeter footer for added stability

✅ Regraded the area and sloped the new concrete away from the pool coping to improve drainage

✅ Carefully removed the pergola before construction and reinstalled it after completion

✅ Installed reinforced concrete with a smooth trowel finish

✅ Applied a White Color Hardener to create a clean, bright finish around the pool

The end result is a beautiful new pool deck that’s not only visually appealing but built to withstand years of use and Texas weather.

This homeowner called us after dealing with major drainage and slope problems caused by a previous pool installation. Water was running back toward the pool and toward the house instead of draining away properly. That’s a recipe for standing water, erosion, and long-term foundation issues. ❌

✅ Installed a new linear drain
✅ Re-sloped the covered patio away from the home
✅ Re-poured the pool deck with proper drainage flow
✅ Re-routed downspouts and underground drainage
