Join us in welcoming Lisa Hiross to The Dimension Group!

Originally from Illinois, Lisa attended the University of Colorado and brings valuable architecture and design experience to our team.

Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time outdoors hiking, horseback riding, camping, and snowboarding. She’s also enjoying life with her eight-month-old daughter, Nora, along with her black Lab, Gunni, and horse, Kasjmier. When she’s not outdoors, Lisa enjoys baking and reading.

We’re excited to welcome Tim as our newest Development Coordinator!

A Colorado native, Tim grew up near Cripple Creek and attended Western Colorado University in Gunnison. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, fishing, and camping, and is a big fan of Colorado sports.

Outside of work, Tim loves spending time with family, cooking for friends, catching live music, and exploring with his two miniature dachshunds, Kuzco and Leeloo. He also loves to travel—one of his most memorable adventures was an eight-day trek through archaeological sites in Peru, where he proposed to his wife at Machu Picchu!

We’re excited to have Tim on the team and look forward to all he’ll bring to TDG. Please join us in giving him a warm welcome!

We’re happy to have Hailey Schmidt join us as an Architectural Designer!

Originally from Tulsa, OK, Hailey is an Oklahoma State University grad with a creative side that extends well beyond design. She enjoys baking, puzzles, scrapbooking, reading, and just about any kind of craft. When she’s not at work, she’s usually at home working on a project — often with her cat Momo close by.

Hailey’s favorite meal is the Triple Dipper from Chili’s, she loves exploring big cities, and Japan has been her favorite trip so far. One of her favorite movies is The Secret World of Arrietty.

Originally from Garland, Texas, Patrick brings years of experience along with a love for hands-on hobbies like fishing, cooking, and woodworking. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and getting outdoors whenever he can.

Patrick is also a proud dog owner to his Golden Retriever, Harley, loves a classic steak and potatoes meal, and enjoys traveling anywhere that lets him unplug and escape to the woods.

We’re proud to celebrate the opening of a new Speedway location in Steele, Alabama. This project was a true team effort, bringing together The Dimension Group’s Architecture, MEP, Construction Management, Permitting, and Fuel Design teams to help bring this location to life.

From planning through completion, our team was proud to support another successful project for Speedway and help deliver a high-quality location that will serve the Steele community and travelers along the way.

Last week, we brought a little springtime joy into the office with a Build Your Own Bouquet activity in celebration of Mother’s Day. 🌸

Team members created beautiful, personalized bouquets to take home, share with loved ones, or simply brighten their day. It was a thoughtful way to pause, connect, and celebrate the moms, mother figures, and caregivers who mean so much to us.

A big thank you to Stephany, Cynthia, & Melissa for organizing such a great event! 💐 And Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there!
