Continuing growth in Frisco!

Beck is proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Terraces Hall Park office tower and Kaleidoscope Park expansion in Frisco, Texas.

With move-in-ready spec suites and close proximity to Hall Park, The Terraces office tower will provide an elevated blend of corporate hospitality and workplace experience to this dynamic area.

The Kaleidoscope Park expansion adds 1.4 acres of gathering space, deepening access to this vibrant art-forward destination. A new performance stage, water features, and enhanced performance lawn will create an enriching experience for visitors and tenants alike.

We are excited to be a part of HALL Park’s development.

Crescent Offices West has officially topped out!

When complete, this 8-story, 172,000 SF Class AA office building will bring new energy to one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Additionally, an expansive 146,000 SF parking garage will provide seamless access to both building tenants and visitors.

This milestone reflects the continued strength of our partnership with Crescent Real Estate, the hard work of our preconstruction and construction teams, and the contributions of every trade partner on this project.

We’re proud of what’s been accomplished and can’t wait to see what this building becomes for Fort Worth and the Crescent District Community.

The future of Beck is bright!

Our interns recently joined us in Dallas for Beck’s New Hire Integration, where they spent three days learning more about who we are, building professional skills, and connecting with one another.

This experience is about more than onboarding. It’s about creating meaningful connections, growing together, and building a strong foundation for the future.

We’re excited to welcome this talented group of interns to Beck and can’t wait to see all they accomplish!

We’re proud to share that our work on the Testing Center has been recognized with a 2026 Design Award from the Texas Society of Architects/AIA.

Beck provided architecture and interior design for this 126,000 SF facility, now serving as a national hub for healthcare specialists and the continuing accreditation of practitioners.

Designed with both performance and experience in mind, the facility prioritizes wellness and user comfort throughout—featuring outdoor terraces on multiple levels, a ground-floor terrace, a fitness center, and two catering kitchens to support daily use and events.

Achieving LEED Silver certification and a Fitwel 2-Star rating, the project reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, adaptability, and long-term value. Thank you to our incredible team and partners who brought this vision to life—and to the Texas Society of Architects for this honor.

As Broward Health delivers its first new medical office buildings in more than 25 years, we're honored to serve as design partner alongside DMZ Architects for these transformative hubs of outpatient care in Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach.

These projects position Beck as a leader in health and wellness environments across South Florida, integrating architecture and medical equipment planning to support flexible, patient-centered care for decades to come.

At Apiary Residences & Hotel, our team led a fully integrated, progressive design-build delivery for Copford Capital Management, aligning design, cost, and constructability from day one. Located near Denver's RTD Light Rail, Apiary strengthens the neighborhood’s pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use fabric while setting a new standard for design, quality, and amenities in the Denver Tech Center.

From early trade partner engagement and BIM-driven concrete modeling to immersive 3D design reviews, our people turned a constrained 0.8-acre site into a high-performing, LEED Gold–pending, electric-forward tower.

We are proud to receive the DBIA Rocky Mountain Region's Excellence in Vertical Construction Gold award.
