At The Sheffield Condominium, Tribute Restoration completed the concrete and dunnage repairs the roof needed before any waterproofing went down, and then installed a Siplast PMMA roof system engineered for weather resistance and long-term durability.

It’s Technical Tuesday and we are discussing details for penetrations with our Parapro Flashing Membrane installed in three steps: a liquid-applied PMMA base coat, polyester fleece embedded while that base is still wet, and a finish coat over the top. What cures is one monolithic, reinforced membrane with no seam, whether at a parapet, a change in plane, or a cluster of pipe penetrations.

Performance then rests on the durability of the material and the integrity of the substrate rather than on a seam.

Every year we host educational trips to our R&D Lab, located in the RISE Facility in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, the same facility where we conduct elongation and recovery testing for our SBS Modified Bitumen products.
