This project started after a bathroom leak on the second floor caused water damage that traveled through the floor and into the kitchen below, damaging the ceiling, countertops, and flooring.

Our team handled the restoration from start to finish, including:

✔️ Complete bathroom demolition
✔️ Plumbing repairs to eliminate the leak
✔️ New shower valve, water lines, showerhead, and center drain
✔️ Wedi waterproof shower system installation
✔️ Customer-upgraded walk-in tile shower
✔️ 24” x 12” polished porcelain wall tile installation
✔️ New glass shower enclosure
✔️ Drywall replacement downstairs
✔️ Level 5 drywall finish (tape, mud, sand, and primer) to restore the damaged ceiling
