The Nolen Homes Story

Nolen Homes was originally founded in 1975 by Ray and Jane Nolen who have collectively built over 250 homes throughout South Texas. Since 2007, Amy and Clint Nolen have continued the family tradition of creating beautiful spaces throughout DFW, specializing in home remodels, new construction and interior design. The Nolen family currently resides in Preston Hollow with their three sons. In early 2015, Clint's mother, Jane relocated to Dallas to join Amy and Clint with the expanding Dallas business. Jane now works on a full-time basis as a Project Manager overseeing the new construction for NHI's most exciting new builds. In October 2019, Dennis Zanatta, a long-time colleague and friend of the Nolens, joined the Company as a Partner allowing Clint to focus more attention to the growth of his commercial development and construction companies, Kalterra Capital Partners and Kalterra Construction. Clint will continue to be available to Nolen Homes on an as-needed consulting basis for specific design and engineering needs.
