Bridging the gap in the Park Cities. ποΈπ
We recently completed this small TPO low-slope roof system in University Park (75225), right near Bryn Mawr and Preston.
Many homes in University Park and Highland Park have local height limits. To stay within code, builders often flatten out the very peak of the roof. From the street, it looks like a traditional steep roofβbut that hidden upper section requires a specialized low-slope approach because standard shingles aren't designed to handle it.
Why choosing the right contractor for TPO matters:
π’ The Commercial Quality Deficit: TPO is mostly a commercial product. Large commercial roofers don't want small residential jobs, and most residential roofers simply lack the experience to install it properly. Bert Roofing bridges that gap.
π οΈ The Process: We tore off the old system, repaired the wood deck, mechanically attached an appropriately sloped ISO insulation system, and fully adhered a premium 60 Mil GAF Everguard TPO finished with custom metal edging.
π Certified Expertise: We don't just "guess" our way through flat roofs. Bert Roofing is one of the few contractors in Texas licensed by RCAT for both Commercial and Residential roofing, and we are a proud GAF Certified Contractor.
Low-slope roofing requires specialized knowledge. Don't let a steep-slope contractor experiment on your flat roof.
