According to the National Weather Service, Georgia is preparing for a weekend of potentially severe weather beginning Friday, October 9, and continuing through early Sunday, October 11.

Our team is hard at work on this Wetsuit waterproofing project, beginning with demolition and substrate preparation to get down to a sound surface before installing the new waterproofing system.

This scope includes stucco demolition, IPE decking removal, Wetsuit waterproofing, and Sika TC-225 with broadcast granules to create a durable, continuous waterproofing assembly.

Waterproofing is about more than what you see when the project is finished—the prep work underneath is what makes the system perform.

What started with severe water damage and deteriorated framing is getting a complete rebuild from the structure up. Our crew removed the compromised materials, replaced damaged framing and joists, installed new decking, and began the waterproofing process to help protect this space for years to come.
Sometimes you don’t know the full extent of the damage until you open it up—and this one definitely needed some attention!
