You don’t need experience to get started.

We place general construction laborers on job sites across Dallas-Fort Worth, and for a lot of people that is the first rung.

Show up, learn the site, get known as a reliable worker. Within a couple of years, an apprenticeship in a trade will be a realistic next step.

Here’s what to expect when you start your first job:

• Material handling and site prep
• Supporting the skilled crews
• Concrete work and cleanup
• Keeping the site safe and organized

What you need: the willingness to learn and the reliability to show up. Most people we place start within one to three days.

Because while a company building a data center across the street may be willing to pay a higher rate, you may be missing out on additional compensation:
