Here’s some shots of a floating deck we’ve been building this week, it’s main purpose is to hide a 16’x11’x12” concrete slab. Not having a bare surface was kind of challenging but none the less we made it happen. This deck is a 19x13 with a 12x8 second level. This was built using only the highest quality pressure treated materials for a truly life long build. Hand rails and steps to come! Really excited about it and just wanted to give y’all a sneak peek!

The first stages of a total barn restoration, the roof was redone but many posts along with all the bottom rails and trusses were rotten so here’s what we did.
Starting off we replaced 3 of the 40yr old 4x4’s then added 5 more for the extension of the closed in area while adding openings for two 8x8 barn style swing doors and 1 8x10. All the original wood that was able to be saved was left alone with the exception of braces as needed. This is just the beginning there will be more to come with a much more detailed summary of the entire project.
