We are proud to share that the NAYGN Paragon Chapter participated in the Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk in Fort Worth! 🎀

Our members supported breast cancer survivors throughout the event, captured special moments through photos, and even joined Hope, the event mascot, on the course. At the finish line, they had the honor of handing out flowers to survivors in recognition of their strength and perseverance.

It was a truly inspiring experience, and a great reminder of the impact we can make in our communities.

This summer, Paragon welcomed a talented group of interns from schools and hometowns across the country, each bringing a different area of expertise to our team.

From engineering to procurement and inside sales, our interns dove into real projects, worked alongside experienced engineers and professionals, and brought fresh energy and perspective to everything they touched. Their diverse backgrounds - in both geography and areas of study - reflect the kind of talent pipeline that keeps the nuclear industry strong.

Thank you to our 2026 summer interns for your hard work, curiosity, and contributions. We can’t wait to see where your careers take you!

The Three R’s of MCC Support: Replace. Refurbish. Retrofit.

Aging motor control centers don’t always call for the same solution.

Paragon helps nuclear plants find the right path forward: replace legacy cubicles, refurbish existing components, or retrofit equipment to improve fit, performance, and seismic rigidity.

With support for a broad range of legacy MCC configurations and components from different manufacturers, Paragon helps facilities address obsolescence while meeting nuclear requirements.

Angelica Roman and Janah Briscoe recently attended the NAYGN Southeastern Regional Conference, and true to NAYGN’s spirit of community service, the Paragon team volunteered at Chattanooga’s Creative Discovery Museum.

Spending time with the children and staff reinforced the connection between the nuclear industry and the communities we serve, and how our communities, in turn, help shape the future of nuclear energy.

Proud moments like these remind us why community matters as much as the work we do.
