- Doug VanTassell, President & CEO, joined “From Silos to Synergy: One Nuclear Fleet,” exploring how organizations can align supply chain processes across sites, fleets, and new projects.
- Tighe Smith, Chief Nuclear Officer, participated in “Build More, Build Better: Turning New Nuclear into Supply Chain Strength,” focused on how new-build programs can reinforce domestic manufacturing, supplier readiness, and workforce capability.
- Ross Lorberbaum, Vice President & General Manager, served on “Managing Interfaces: The Hidden Driver of Project Success,” addressing the coordination, integration, and configuration-control practices needed to support cohesive project ex*****on.
- Heather Born, Vice President of Human Resources, joined “Retaining Nuclear Talent: What’s Driving Turnover and How to Solve It,” exploring how organizations can retain high-potential employees while building resilience through employee development, meaningful onboarding, succession planning, and effective knowledge transfer as experienced talent retires.

What a great turnout at our Open House ahead of !

Thank you to everyone who joined Paragon, Certrec, and Mirion Technologies at Paragon’s Fort Worth headquarters for facility tours, hands-on solution demos, and great conversations with our team.

It was fantastic connecting with so many industry leaders and discussing how we’re supporting the operating fleet through life extension and obsolescence solutions, and working to bring advanced reactors online with next-generation solutions.

A huge thank you to our guests for taking the time to visit. Your engagement and questions made the day a success, and we’re grateful for the partnerships and relationships that make events like this possible.
Looking forward to continuing the conversation at NECX!

The Paragon team celebrates the completion of its third successful Nuclear Safety Culture Assessment!

We thank the Utilities Service Alliance, Inc. for conducting the assessment and for their work at our Fort Worth office last week. Nuclear Safety Culture Assessments matter because they hold partners like Paragon to the same rigorous standards as the operating nuclear power plants we serve.

At Paragon, safety isn't just a checklist item, but a shared mindset that shapes every decision, every day. Together, we ensure safety remains the overriding priority in our work environment.

We are proud of each and every — thank you for all you do for our company, our customers, and the nuclear industry.

Paragon is in Cleveland!

This week, our team is at the 2026 Nuclear HVAC Utility Group (NHUG) Annual Conference — an important forum where nuclear industry professionals come together to address technical issues associated with Air Cleaning, Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at nuclear power plants.

HVAC reliability is critical to safe and efficient plant operations, and NHUG provides a valuable space to share operating experience, lessons learned, and best practices across the industry. Paragon is proud to be part of those conversations.

Representing Paragon this week are Lewis Wetzel, Mike Riordan, Rich Crawford, RYAN HEMPHILL, Matt Shustrick, Christopher Menard, Steve Redman, and Ian Mudgett. If you're attending, come find our team — we'd love to connect!

It was a great day at Paragon headquarters in Fort Worth!

We were proud to host the Comanche Peak (Vistra) team for Comanche Peak Day — a day of true collaboration and open dialogue, where all parties brought valuable perspectives to the table. From our production and qualification labs to our reactor simulator, digital chiller controls demo, and analog I&C repair and reverse engineering capabilities, it was a full showcase of what the Paragon team brings to the industry every day.

Together, we had a candid, energizing exchange — and that kind of collaboration is exactly what moves the industry forward. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We’re excited for what we’ll accomplish together.

Paragon's annual tradition continues!

Once again, the Paragon family showed up for Aid to Distressed Families of Appalachian Counties (ADFAC's) School Supplies Program — and we couldn't be prouder. This year, Heather Born, her son Wyatt and husband Christopher Born, along with Amanda Walters, rolled up their sleeves to help fill 236 backpacks with essential school supplies, making sure area students have what they need to start the school year off right.

Giving back to the communities we call home is something the Paragon family takes to heart, and supporting ADFAC through this program is a tradition we're honored to keep going year after year.

Here's to a great school year ahead for every student who receives one of these backpacks!
