This project will consist of full excavation underneath house to create a crawlspace, replace all beams underneath house, Sister onto 140 linear feet of 2”x 8” floor joist, all new piers underneath the foundation, and new skirting around the entire perimeter of the foundation. We are excited to take care of another great customer here in our hometown.

Complete regrade of back and side yard, new concrete rear patio and French drain installed for another great customer. This customer had lots of ponding water against their foundation that was causing severe damage to their home. We completely regraded the property for positive drainage away from the foundation. We then installed a new patio giving this customer a great new outdoor usable space. To finalize the project we installed a full French drain with gutter tie ins and surface drain basins to discharge the unwanted water away from the foundation.

Time to grade out some low areas for a great customer over in Talty Tx on this beautiful Monday. We will be lifting the AC pad and raising the soil grade for proper drainage as well as extending necessary sprinkler heads. 25 cubic yards of loam/ topsoil being distributed throughout this property to correct drainage issues and low spots in the yard. Out here mowing at the Garrett Ranch!! Just can’t beat this country air.

Drive way void fill project completed. We pumped approximately 4 cubic yards of material underneath this drive way to fill a large void cavity that had washed out over the past 8-10 years. Filling this void restored the underlying support for the concrete driveway so that it can best withstand vehicle and machine traffic. This will combat the possibility of the concrete paving failing and needing replacement in the future.
