Delivering a corporate headquarters for Cacique Foods meant transforming first-generation commercial space into an environment engineered for operational scale and brand culture.

For this three-story headquarters, Birch led the full build-out from the ground up, constructing executive suites, private conference rooms, and specialized training facilities. To reflect Cacique’s heritage as a family-run food brand, the build also featured high-spec social spaces, including a custom rum bar, an integrated cutting kitchen, and a dedicated DJ booth.

Renovating a 14,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for Alto in the Dallas Design District requires balancing scale with high-end, functional interior design.

The layout of this office renovation blends expansive open workspaces and private offices with flexible huddle rooms, a double-sided central kitchen, and a rooftop space with panoramic views of downtown Dallas. Because companies deserve a space as impactful as they are.

Converting a 1930s Nash Automotive dealership into a boutique hotel in Downtown Dallas is a one-of-a-kind project, requiring the perfect balance of historical preservation and precise, high-end ex*****on.

For 𝗦 𝗢 𝗩 𝗔 | 𝗛 𝗢 𝗧 𝗘 𝗟 a seamless blend of modern, sustainable design and industrial history were critical to the vision. We restored original terrazzo floors and exposed brickwork, while installing globally sourced finishes and custom millwork.

High-end hospitality projects demand a strategic partner who can manage the complexities of adaptive reuse projects without losing sight of the client’s vision. When we handle the structural and technical heavy lifting behind the scenes, owners can focus on delivering unforgettable experiences to the Dallas community.
