Another stairwell restoration moving right along. 🔨

Another commercial project wrapped up and looking sharp! 🔨

This space received a full refresh from top to bottom, including:

• New flooring throughout
• Plumbing rerouted to accommodate the new layout
• Fresh interior paint throughout
• New 6” wood baseboards installed and painted
• Doors, trim, and frames prepped and painted
• Final touch-ups and punch completed

It’s always satisfying seeing a commercial space come together—from demo and rough work to the final details. Clean, modern, and ready for the client to put it to work.

Looking forward to wrapping up this commercial renovation! 🔨

We’ve made a ton of progress transforming this space from outdated to updated. We removed the old carpet and installed new flooring throughout, rerouted electrical and plumbing as needed, and gave the space fresh coats of paint.

We’re down to the finishing touches — installing the new 6” wood baseboards, painting the doors and trim, and completing the final punch work.

It’s always satisfying when a project gets to this stage and you can finally see everything come together. From outdated to updated, can’t wait to share the finished product!

Final Stage — 6 Stairwell Rebuilds

We’re officially in the final stage of completing six full stairwell/entry rebuilds.

These weren’t cosmetic repairs. We started by gutting out all of the deteriorated and rotted wood, exposing the underlying structure so the damaged material could be properly removed and rebuilt. From there, our crews reconstructed the affected areas, addressed the exterior envelope, and are now moving through the final masonry and finish work you see here.

Projects like this are exactly why you have to fix the source of the problem, not just cover up what’s visible.

Six structures. Extensive wood-rot repairs. Rebuilt from the inside out. Now we’re bringing the exterior finishes across the finish line.

Commercial renovations require a different kind of urgency. Every day a business is under construction can mean disrupted operations, lost productivity, and lost revenue.

We are not limited to just multifamily. We’re also experienced in commercial renovations and alterations, and our team understands how to work efficiently in active business environments while keeping the project organized, clean, and moving forward.

Another major rebuild taking shape. 🔨

What started with significant structural damage is now being rebuilt the right way—from the framing and sheathing to the weather barrier and exterior finishes.

Projects like this are about a lot more than making it look good when we’re finished. It’s about correcting the underlying issues, rebuilding the structure properly, protecting it from future water intrusion, and delivering a repair that lasts.

Our team is making great progress, and we’re looking forward to seeing this one completely put back together.

Another one in the books! ✅

We just completed a full parking lot striping project across a multifamily community and shopping center.

This one took some serious logistics—coordinating around residents, retail customers, businesses, deliveries, and constant vehicle traffic while keeping disruption to a minimum.

Projects like this are a lot more than putting paint on pavement. Planning, communication, scheduling, and ex*****on all have to come together.

These photos are a reminder of why exploratory demolition matters.

What looked like a typical exterior wall from the outside concealed extensive moisture intrusion and severe structural wood rot behind the stone veneer. Once we opened the wall, we uncovered deteriorated framing, sheathing, and weather barrier that required full replacement—not just a cosmetic repair.
