One of our more technical projects, a swim school in Plano. Pools inside retail spaces mean humidity control, special finishes, and acoustics most tenants never think about. We love the tricky ones.

A look inside a neighborhood pet boutique in Lakewood, Dallas. Archiphy designed the retail finish-out: a stacked-stone wall behind the checkout with the brand mark, a warm orange soffit around the sales floor, polished concrete, and an open layout that lets you see every aisle from the front door.

Retail finish-outs are about making the brand feel at home in the space while keeping the permit path simple. This one did both.

From house to fight gym. Fortis Martial Arts in Dallas started as an existing house. Archiphy renovated and expanded it into a full MMA studio with a kickboxing floor, caged training area, cardio mezzanine, locker rooms, dry sauna, and an outdoor turf yard.

Changing a house to commercial use brings zoning, parking, fire separation, and accessibility into play all at once. We cleared those approvals first, then finalized the drawings.

Patio season! Four very different outdoor dining rooms from our projects — the pergola lounge at Finch, the bistro corner at Up On Knox, the retractable canopy at Salsa TexMex, and the shaded courtyard at Si Tapas in Fort Worth. In Texas, a well-designed patio is the busiest room in the restaurant.

Inside Vidorra — a bar designed to glow. Suspended steel shelving puts the tequila collection center stage while pendant lighting and handmade tile bring the warmth. Great restaurants are built, not decorated.

Med spa design is a balancing act: clinical requirements behind the walls, total calm in front of them. Proud to have delivered multiple It's a Secret locations across Texas.

Inside Georgie's: supper-club style warmth built from curved wood, cane, and velvet. Every radius in this room was drawn and detailed before construction began. That's the quiet work behind a glamorous dining room.
Archiphy served as Architect of Record and led the interior architectural documentation and permitting process for the project.
