At Beacon, we believe a truly luxury home should do more than look incredible. It should protect the people living inside it, manage water and moisture intelligently, deliver exceptional comfort, breathe properly, and be built to last.

This home was designed around that philosophy.

An exceptionally airtight envelope connects the slab, walls, and roof with a continuous exterior water and air control layer. Continuous exterior insulation, mineral wool, high-performance windows and doors, advanced flashing and waterproofing, and FORTIFIED construction principles all work together for comfort, durability, and resilience.

Two Zehnder ERVs act as the lungs of the home, continuously exchanging stale indoor air for filtered fresh air. Variable-speed heat pumps, whole-home dehumidification, and a properly engineered HVAC system help control temperature and humidity throughout the house.

The kitchen has balanced ventilation with a quiet, high-performance Broan hood. Wet areas use advanced waterproofing and ventilation strategies. The home also includes whole-home water filtration, low-VOC paints and thoughtfully selected materials, a mineral-based saltwater pool system, cold plunge, wellness room, and supplemental conditioning for large gatherings and indoor-outdoor entertaining.

None of it is accidental.

We treat the home as one interconnected system, where the envelope, HVAC, ventilation, water, materials, and lifestyle all work together.

Canal Place was one of the first homes we designed in house back in 2019.

This project marked the beginning of our design build work and helped shape how we approach projects today.

While we only take on one or two design build projects each year, most of our work is alongside incredible architectural partners. That experience on both sides gives us a unique perspective during preconstruction. We know how to bridge the gap between client vision, architectural intent, and real world ex*****on.

Our process is intentional. Every detail is thought through early so we can build with clarity, not guesswork. From control layers to mechanical systems to long term durability, we are always thinking beyond what you see and focusing on how the home will perform for years to come.
