Great review from Randy... "Koala just got through completely updating our attic insulation and they did a fantastic job. They performed a really thorough inspection and gave us several recommendations on how we can improve our attic efficiency and they were glad to work with us and adjust through the entire process. We got quotes from 5 companies and Koala came in the most reasonable and flexible. Koala removed our old insulation, sealed all of the leaks from our conditioned air into the attic, installed baffles to our soffits, installed a stairwell tent to stop air leaks, and installed fresh new insulation up to code. They did such a great job that we noticed an immediate improvement and didn't even need to upgrade the attic vents. We absolutely recommend Koala for any insulation services."

Great review from Kristen... "So happy I chose Koala for my residential retrofit project! As a first time homeowner, I didn’t know much about what I was doing and Gil was fantastic, going the extra mile to make sure all my questions were answered and I had a terrific experience. The team took exceptional care day of and did a great job. They had to cut an access in the ceiling and by the time they were done, I couldn’t tell there was ever a hole there. I certainly recommend Koala very highly to anyone with any insulation needs!"

Every house seems to have one. The bedroom that's always too hot. The bonus room that never feels comfortable. The upstairs that feels like a different climate.
While it might seem normal, uneven temperatures often point to insulation or air sealing issues—not just your HVAC system. Your home should feel comfortable from room to room, not just near the thermostat.

True or False? If your home is newer, you probably don't need to think about insulation.
False!
Even newer homes can have areas where insulation settles, is missing, or simply isn't enough for optimal comfort and efficiency. Every home is different, which is why an evaluation can help identify opportunities to improve comfort and lower energy waste.

Great review from Charity... "Koala was very professional and easy to work with in updating our attic insulation. They gave me same day quotes with multiple options for attic insulation and updated with any changes I was wanting. Installation was scheduled same week, workers arrived on time and provided great cleanup afterward. Prices were very reasonable and the work was quality for air sealing the attic from the house and blown in insulation."

Ever feel like your HVAC is constantly running?
If conditioned air is escaping through your attic or walls, your system has to replace it over and over again. That means more energy, more wear on your equipment, and less comfort inside.
Keeping the air you pay for where it belongs starts with proper insulation.
