Gotta love Western NC! Got a call from Coley Duffie that they had a big job and invited me to come climb for them. Without hesitation I kept my schedule clear and loaded up. Ive had a blast and love coming back to where it all started! WNC yall know who to call for tree work so get out and get those trees down and get The Chainsaw Brothers to do it. Small job knocked out today for the guys at K & K Towing & Wrecker Service. Had a sweetgum leaning out over his house. They asked if I could take it down and not damage the house and thats what I did. Drop it and leave it job. If you need any tree care needs give me a call! 1 year ago today was a day that set my life as well as many others life's on a different track. Hurricane Helene devastated the southeast and especially Asheville NC. I loaded the truck down with supplies, a chainsaw and the will to help. I made my way to Asheville a couple of days after to help Coley Duffie and his family get home (they had made it home by the time I got there). So we all gathered around the radio and started listening to what was happening. The next morning we decided to see what we could do to help. At the time I dont think Cody, Coley or myself realized that very decision would end up helping us more than anything. It helped me find my purpose as well as a career I love to do. We were able to help people and still try to to this day. Next thing you know we had a business sat in our laps and the people of Western NC wanted us to keep doing what we was doing. So the birth of The Chainsaw Brothers came. Built on trust and good hearts and still serving WNC today! I later moved back to Georgia and decided to continue my career with the same mentality. Good work for as cheap as I can afford and helping those that need it! The name Stump Kicker was derived from a job in NC and the will to serve is still with all of us. I'll never regret the decision to drive into that disaster zone where I started this journey and now serve North Georgia for any tree care needs!
