Some homes don’t need to be changed…
they just need to be revealed.

When Chris met this homeowner, the goal wasn’t to “add lighting”—
it was to honor the history of a 100+ year-old home.

So we did it differently.

No trenches. No disruption.

We went out to a home in Rehoboth Beach for what started as a few “small” electrical issues…

• A loose switch that had shocked the homeowner
• Bathroom fans that stopped working
• A couple of unreliable switches around the house

But during our evaluation, we found something bigger 👇

Several of the switches and connections had started to fail due to age and loose wiring. This is actually pretty common—and it can lead to shocks, flickering, or even fire risks if left alone.

So instead of just patching a few problems, the homeowner chose to do it the right way 💪

✔️ Replaced switches and outlets throughout the home
✔️ Installed a new electrical panel
✔️ Upgraded smoke detectors for full-home protection
