Chasing a sinkhole today. Lot was cleared 35 years ago and the contractor clearing this lot did his job thoroughly(buried them deep) lol. Customer has had this thing filled three times by contractors that cut corners and didnt dig out all the debris prior to filling . If the price is two cheap its most likely not being done right. Bermuda grass needs between 1 to 2 inches of water per week. Zoysia grasses need 2 to 3 inches. Fescue grass must be watered enough to keep the soil temperature under 85 degrees. Soil temperatures 85F and above will kill this cool season grass. Do you have dying or dead patches in your lawn? RIP RAP stones are large chunks of granite. It has many uses but the main one is erosion control for areas that have some serious water control issues . Once its put down it stops erosion in its tracks.Following video shows a very steep bank on lake Lanier that hasn't eroded due to the RIP rap that was installed during the build.

We are officially in planting season. If a bush or tree is on sale at your local nursery there is most likely a good reason for it. Usually that reason is that it can't be planted in most areas near your home. Do your research and check the size the plant will reach and what the sun requirements are.
