Poor Construction practices and lack of paying attention was destroying this spa!
The spillway was set incorrectly. Too high, the edge stones were set to the sides of the spillway stone, making the spillway too narrow. Plus the angle was all off!
We removed the stone and the sides. Set a new spillway stone from edge to edge of the opening and added the side edges on top of the spillway stone. This increased the width by 4 inches and dropped the height an inch.
Now the spa will not over fill which was destroying the mortar bed for the coping stone and running down the walls and out of the system.
Attention to details will make or break your pool!

This pool stunk!

Ripped out this awful equipment pad and fully renovated it!
Relocated plumbing lines - Poured new concrete pad - new post, timeclock and electrical connections- new Jandy Flopro 1hp and Aquastar Cartridge filter!
This pool will be ready for summer for years to come!

Pool Equipment should never sit on un-even surfaces, dirt or gravel!
Pumps and filters are heavy when full of water, this will cause settling which will strain plumbing connections and cause leaks!
No pool pro should ever set your pad on a sub par surface.

This client didnt need 2 pumps! We made it happen with 1!
Unfortunately both pumps froze and seized in the winter, they need the pool running to list the house on the market!
A simple understanding of flow rates tells us we could achieve the entire system with 1 properly sized pump and saved this customer thousands!
