What a difference a day makes!

Happy Labor Day from JFO Services!

Today, the hard hats are off, the equipment is parked, and hopefully the only thing getting fired up is the grill.

We’re incredibly thankful for the men and women of JFO who show up every day, work hard, take care of each other, and somehow manage to make a little fun out of even the longest days.

Roads and bridges may be what we build, but our people are what make JFO.

Woodtrace – from FM 2978 to Highland Dr.

Road construction has begun for Woodtrace Blvd from FM 2978 to Highland Blvd. This new corridor, a little more than 2 miles, will provide some relief for Hardin Store Rd and the distinct location of a busy school zone.

The upcoming alternative with the new east / west path, will allow drivers an added option to reach their destination.

Highland Blvd. intersects Woodtrace Blvd and the section of roadway from Highland to Dobbin Hufsmith has already been constructed. Woodtrace Blvd stops at Dobbin Hufsmith with the westward expansion to be developed later.

Today is a big day for the JFO family — and not for the typical construction company reasons!

Jaime (J) is starting her senior year of high school, Fitz (F) is heading off to 1st grade, and Ollie (O) has officially started dressing herself… much to everyone’s entertainment.

It’s hard to believe how quickly the years go by. We’re proud of all three and excited to see what this next chapter brings — although Ollie’s wardrobe choices may require a little extra supervision.

Wishing all the students, teachers, and families in our community a safe, successful, and memorable school year!

Big weekend for JFO!

This weekend, JFO and our teaming partners successfully completed our first concrete roadway paving operation. It took a lot of planning, coordination, long hours, and hard work to get it done—and the team delivered.

We’re proud of our JFO crew and grateful for the teaming partners who worked alongside us to make it happen. Milestones like this don’t happen without good people working together and getting the job done right.

Great work by everyone involved. Proud of this team and what we accomplished!
