We’re incredibly proud of our Service Team!

This summer has been relentless, with long days, high temperatures, and plenty of challenges. Through it all, our team has continued to show up, work hard, take care of our customers, and support one another.

We recently hosted an Appreciation Breakfast as a small way to say thank you for the dedication, long hours, and extra effort they’ve put in during this brutal Houston summer.

Great service doesn’t happen without great people, and we’re fortunate to have a team that continues to step up when it matters most.

Summer Heat, Personal Goals, and Staying the Course

The Texas summer has officially arrived.

Our HVAC systems don't get a break this time of year, and honestly... neither do many of our personal goals.

Seeing condensation around vents, ducts, or HVAC equipment?

In the Houston heat, condensation can become a real concern, especially when your system is being pushed too hard.
During extreme summer conditions, we recommend keeping your thermostat set no lower than 73°. Running the system at very low temperatures can cause cold surfaces to sweat, which may lead to moisture issues and possible biogrowth inside the home.

A few helpful reminders:
• Keep your thermostat at 73° or higher
• Avoid running bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans longer than needed
• Make sure filters are changed regularly
• Call for service if you notice moisture, sweating vents, or musty odors
