The exterior transformation is taking shape, and we are getting closer to the next exciting phase of this commercial build-out!

The developer is wrapping up the exterior finishes with only the final concrete work and landscaping remaining before we begin the interior construction phase. Soon, this space will start taking shape on the inside and become a new destination for the Oak Ridge North community to enjoy great coffee, conversations, and a convenient drive-thru experience. 🚗☕

We’re also finishing the flooring, trim work, and all the final details that bring this renovation to life.
