TRACKING TROPICS: Tropical Depression Two has formed in the eastern Gulf. It will continue to a tropical storm status by Monday morning taking the name of Bertha. Soon to be Bertha will move west into southeast Texas by Friday bringing excessive rainfall along the Gulf coast.
