Another opportunity to put recycling into action. ♻️

QRCS is back working at the Port, carefully salvaging reinforced concrete pipe rather than simply demolishing and disposing of it.

The recovered RCP is being repurposed for fishery habitat in Galveston, giving material removed from one infrastructure project a useful second life along the Texas Gulf Coast.

This is the kind of recycling our company was built around — finding value and purpose in materials others might consider waste. 🌊🐟

In Remembrance of September 11

Today, QRCS joins our community and our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honoring the first responders and countless others whose courage defined that day.

We were privileged to work with Anslow Bryant to complete the earthwork and concrete for this memorial project. It was an opportunity to use our craft to help create a permanent place to remember.

🚒 Baytown Fire Station – Demo Complete!

QRCS has wrapped up the clearing and demolition work for the Baytown Fire Station project.

Our team cleared the existing site and completed the demolition, creating a clean slate for the new improvements ahead. We’re proud to play a role in projects that support the infrastructure and public services our communities depend on.

Thinking outside the box keeps projects moving.

As we wrap up stabilization at the LBJ Hospital project, our team overcame a unique challenge. Because an underground detention system couldn't support the weight of our lime stabilization equipment, we stabilized the material off-site and transported it back to the project for placement.

It's another example of how QRCS adapts to project conditions while keeping safety, quality, and schedule at the forefront.

See the transformation at Container Yard 8 in Bayport, TX. Our team broke out and hauled off the old concrete pavement, clearing the way for the next phase of construction. The result: a clean, level site ready for new paving and infrastructure to move this project forward.

Proud of the hard work our crew put in to keep this port project on schedule — from concrete demo to a job-ready pad.
