Another garage getting a much-needed facelift!

This one needed a little more than just a new floor. We took care of the concrete prep, repaired the cracks, gave the walls a fresh coat of paint, and installed a flake floor with matching cove base.

It’s already a night-and-day difference from where we started, and we’re not quite finished yet! Top coat comes next week!

We’ll have the final pictures up Monday once everything is wrapped up!

We diamond-ground the concrete, then built this floor up with an epoxy base coat, a full flake broadcast, a poly midcoat, a second layer of flake, and a clear polyaspartic topcoat.

That second round of flake adds coverage and build, giving this garage the full Ferrari Finish treatment.

A fresh start for a floor that needed it. 💪

The previous company’s prep (or lack thereof) left this floor needing a complete rework. We brought in the PCD tooling to remove the old coating, then recut the concrete to get it ready for a new system.

From there, we applied a tinted polyaspartic base, broadcast flake into it, and finished with a clear polyaspartic topcoat.

There’s a lot of work underneath that finished surface & that’s where a good floor starts!

This garage had a little bit of everything—stains, rough patches, worn concrete, control joints, and a drain right in the middle.

Nothing worth covering up and hoping for the best.

We worked through the problem areas, cleaned up the perimeter, and gave the entire garage a uniform flake finish—including the edges around the walls and drain.

Now it looks like one complete space instead of a collection of old repairs.
