Our team has a goal of positively impacting those we serve, and offering your family great, honest service at a fair price! For 26 years I, Jay Nutter, have skillfully performed repairs on every aspect of residential homes and other structures, from underground to the roof. Over these years, I have observed our industry slowly lose staff as educational systems pushed an “all-to-college” agenda on

GenX. As time has gone on, we find ourselves living in an America we’ve never seen. Due to the pandemic, we have witnessed friends and co-workers leave this industry at higher rates. This, in turn, has caused the older generation to be overworked and choose early retirements or other options. The impact of a reduced workforce, combined with America’s ideals of what a business growth model should be, has caused the service industry to continuously make promises it cannot keep. This is not who I am or who I wish to be. I firmly believe that what built this great country is this: “In God We Trust.” With my faith in God, I launched an idea to foster an environment that will allow everyone impacted by my business to thrive and grow with mutual respect and support. We work to live; we do not live to work. We are an industry that schedules around our customers’ needs and responds to their emergencies. We must also give some needed flexibility to our skilled tradesmen when there is a sick child or other circumstance which may require them to rearrange their schedules. We need to be supportive of one another. If we, as a community, embrace this, the result will be stronger families, stronger communities, and a better future for all. We are all in this together, so let’s live like it! Thank you for your continued patronage!

Perfect example of why not everyone should do plumbing, first give away of unskilled person, is mixing materials, we should ALWAYS keep like for like materials, if its not possible then transition needs to be done with a mission band (rubber boot with stainless band) at least..Secondly venting must have water through it, (AKA wet venting) the reason for this is in the event there is a drain blockage, after blockage is cleared water can rinse all venting below flood brim, venting should always pitch back towards the drain, preventing condensation or water from filling the vent and blocking its functionality. The second picture is a perfect example of what happens when drains are improperly vented, causes build up that only a jet (pressure washer for pipes) can clean completely.

Signs of improper venting are gurgling and noises coming from the drainage, slow drainage, and build up inside drains.
