Working through phase one of our new house site project. A whole bunch of earth moving to make this road safe.

We are lined up to meet with the State River Engineer to discuss installation of a large culvert to cross the stream project.

We will hit pause after we cross the stream to get back to our septic projects this fall and return here late fall 2026.

A large road project started in Chittenden, Vermont for new home construction.

We are responsible for clearing of trees and road construction, river crossing and clearing and preparing the house site.

We also navigated the permit process with the State River Engineers and the Town of Chittenden. As well as leading the coordination with Green Mountain Power when we bring power up the road for the new residence.

We are still booking site development projects into 2027.
