Bayhorse Homes 🐎 This week we broke ground with 700’ of 6’ deep trenching for this property’s irrigation main line, spaced for risers every 40’, with room for domestic water backup.

We also trenched 260’ down to the river to accommodate future power for a riverside hot tub, sauna and gazebo sanctuary.

Grateful for the work, the momentum, and the clients who trust us. No days off when you build it right.

Bayhorse Homes is honored to support local youth athletes Case Crockett and Taos Cook, two standout talents whose dedication and drive inspire our entire Valley County community.

Case Crockett has officially qualified for the Junior National Finals Rodeo in Saddle Bronc Riding, taking place in Las Vegas December 4–7, and we’re proud to help support a portion of his travel to compete on the national arena.

Taos is a driven 15-year-old athlete competing on the Rocky Mountain States HillClimb Association circuit and we’re excited to help him pursue his passion and chase big goals.

These young athletes embody the values we admire most, work ethic, respect and relentless determination. Supporting a rodeo athlete is especially meaningful to our founder, Jason, whose upbringing in the 7C Challis area was deeply rooted in the sport. Backing a young snowmobile athlete is also personal, as snowmobiling has played a big role in Jason’s life, and this is our way of giving back to a sport that has given him so much.

Both Case and Taos are incredible role models for Jason’s two sons, and we are truly proud to stand behind them as they pursue their dreams.

We’re raising the roof, McCall style! This sleek black metal beauty is not only a show stopper, but it’s also perfect for snow country. Here are some benefits of installing a metal roof with Bayhorse Homes ⬇️

1. Natural Snow-Shedding: Metal roofs have a smooth surface and can be installed at steeper pitches, helping snow slide off before it piles up. This reduces the risk of ice dams, heavy snow loads and winter roof damage.

2. Extreme Weather Durability: Idaho’s weather swings from heavy snow to excessive summer heat. Metal roofing resists moisture, wind, fire and temperature fluctuation far better than traditional materials, making it a long-lasting options for all seasons.

3. Energy Efficiency Year-Round: Metal roofs reflect heat in the summer and when properly insulated, help keep warmth inside during Idaho’s cold winters. That means lower energy bills and more comfortable living.

If you are looking for a new roof or home renovation, reach out to us at (208) 599-0586.
