Beware of “Home Warranty Companies” they have a bad reputation amongst contractors. They pay out very little when you do have an issue and sometimes it take up to two months for the contractor to actually get paid. I’ve heard of situations with smaller appliances, refrigerators stoves microwaves etc. where the Home Warranty did replace the appliance in question. When it comes to your AC tho, they always find a way to deny it. Make sure your AC is maintained twice a year by a reputable technician, and most issues will be caught before they turn into big issues 🙏

Sometimes when you call a company to come look at your AC, you get a salesman 🙈. This repair was rather intensive and costly 💵 but at the end of the day, it was still repairable‼️ Don’t hesitate to give us a call for a second opinion, we inform you of the diagnosis and all possible solutions and the cost effectiveness of each option.
