The decision to open was to specifically targeted to focusing on the Lawn Care, Landscaping & Property Maintenance needs of their customers, commercial and residential. We're looking for someone with experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, and other professional lawn care equipment. If you already know how to produce clean stripes, crisp edges, and leave a property looking its best, you'll fit right in.

We are looking to hire a motivated, self-driven Crew Leader who will help us maintain the standards our clients have come to know & love!

Here at HPM Lawn and Landscaping, we have been taking tremendous pride in our work since 1995, providing our clients in the NW Ohio area with the highest level of customer service available!

Crew leaders must be able to:
• Effectively communicate with crew members (up to 4) to direct and coordinate jobs
• Must be able to operate and understand the basics of landscape, lawn care equipment and snow removal equipment
• Understand how to perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Maintain quality control with the belief that each job is equally important and must be done to the highest standard
• Pay is based off of experience and performance levels.

Minimum requirements include -
1. Valid driver’s license
2. Valid Insurance
3. Have reliable transportation to and from work
4. Ability to work 40-50 hours a week (weather dependent) and/or occasional weekends.
