This past Saturday, we were back in San Jose for another ADU Open House, and this time, we went up 🏡

Over 80 homeowners RSVP’d to walk through our completed 983 sqft, 3 bed, 3 bath two story ADU, built on our Standard Package with a few custom touches.

Going vertical means more living space without giving up your whole backyard. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, making it a great fit for multigenerational living, grown kids, or a rental that could bring in about $3,600 to $4,000 a month in today’s Bay Area market.*

Guests came with sharp questions about permits, timelines, financing, and what comes standard versus what can be customized. On the financing side, we’re grateful to have Meriwest Credit Union as our long term financial partner, helping homeowners find the right path to fund their ADU.
