We just completed this new tenant build-out, making this unit fully functional and ready for business!

This project included framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, trim, paint, specialty finishes, and all the details needed to bring the tenant’s vision to life. We love seeing everything come together at the end!

We are so excited for Kidcreate Studio - Cu***ng to open their doors later this month!

Rocky Brook Construction will be collecting food donations during the Cu***ng City Center Fall Market. All donations will benefit The Place and can be dropped off at our tent.

Most-needed items include canned meat, condiments, flour, meal helpers, pancake / waffle mix, protein drinks, shelf stable milk, side dishes, sugar and taco kits.

Drywall is complete on this commercial build-out, and we’re moving into the final stretch.

Now it’s time for the details that make the space feel finished... electrical and plumbing fixtures, trim, doors, flooring, paint, and final touch-ups.

We’re excited to see this project come together and can’t wait to show the finished space.

Rough-in is complete at this commercial project, and we’re officially ready to start hanging drywall!

This phase is always a big milestone on a commercial build-out. All the work behind the walls has to come together first... framing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, layout adjustments, inspections, and coordination between trades. Once rough-in is complete, the space really starts to take shape and you can begin to see the finished vision come to life.

Next up: drywall installation, finishing, and moving into the next stages of bringing this commercial space closer to opening day.

Commercial tenant build-out progress update! 🚧

Demolition is complete, new partition walls have been framed, next up are plumbing, mechanical, and electrical rough-ins! This space is officially taking shape and is ready for the next phase of construction.

Another Rocky Brook Construction exterior project wrapped up! 🏡

This home got a major curb appeal upgrade with a new 20’ shed roof over the front porch, stone porch flooring and front detailing, a new front door, updated light fixtures, and a brand-new roof on the entire home.

The goal was to make the entrance feel more finished, more inviting, and more custom to the home and we love how much character it added. Projects like this are a great reminder that exterior upgrades are not just about looks; they add function, protection, and long-term value when done the right way.
