Last week our team celebrated 59 years of industry success with a luau. We also got to reconnect with a few familiar faces!

When founded in 1967 by Ted Cooper our driving principles were Excellence, Integrity, Cooperation and Safety. And while the industry has changed a lot in 59 years, those principles have remained a constant for us.

It has been an honor to work with so many outstanding clients and construction partners over the years and we look forward to continuing to serve the industry for many years to come. This week, our team was honored to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for the future Wesley Wing at Canton First Methodist Church!
The Wesley Wing will be a new 10,000 SF addition designed for missions, community outreach, Christian conferences and discipleship.
Our project team is excited to get to work and make The Wesley Wing a thriving space for Canton First Methodist Church and its community.

Project Spotlight: We are excited to share our team won two first place Build Georgia Awards from Associated General Contractors of Georgia, Inc. (AGC Georgia)! Our first honor received is for our North Mount Carmel Recreation Center we completed with Henry County Government. The center includes two full-size basketball courts, a walking track, locker rooms, community meeting room, multipurpose spaces, offices, an upper-level fitness, yoga studio and gaming room.

We were thrilled to be able to bring this SPLOST project to life for Henry County residents and are honored to receive this industry recognition. Huge shoutouts to our project team members Ken Voyer and Arthur Foulks!

From groundbreakings to grand openings there was much to celebrate in 2025 for Cooper & Company General Contractors, Inc! We spent time networking in our communities as well as coming together as a team. Like any year, it wasn't without challenges, but we were presented with opportunities for lessons learned and growth into the future. We thank you for being part of our 2025 and look forward to what 2026 has in store!
