Supreme Roofing & Reconstruction is looking to add 2 new Outside Sales Representatives to our growing team!

✅ Willing to train the right candidates — roofing experience is NOT required
✅ Several different payment/commission structures available to find what works best for you
✅ NOT a door-knocking position
✅ NOT limited to roofing sales
✅ We are a full-service restoration company, giving you the opportunity to sell much more than just roofs
✅ Ability to inspect properties and write your own estimates on site
✅ Opportunity to sell roofing, siding, gutters, painting, restoration work & more
✅ Work directly with homeowners and build your own customer relationships
✅ Flexible schedule with the ability to manage your own appointments and pipeline
✅ Plenty of room for growth as our company continues to expand
What we’re looking for:
🔨 Comfortable getting on a ladder and inspecting properties
📋 Organized and able to stay on top of your homeowners and follow-ups
📱 Comfortable using a phone/tablet and learning our software
🤝 Strong communication and customer-service skills
💰 Self-motivated and driven to earn
🏠 Comfortable talking with homeowners and helping them understand their options
🚗 Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
⭐ Most importantly — a good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow through
