Just another day at the office... 1,105 feet up. Not everyone gets an office with this view. 😉🏙️

This chimney cap had definitely seen better days. One look told us it wasn't protecting the chimney anymore, which means rain, critters, and debris all have a clear path inside.

Adam and Austin got to work making sure this homeowner's chimney will be ready for whatever Mother Nature throws at it next.

For this outdoor fireplace we:
• Digitized designs and renderings
• Poured footing and foundation
• Constructed traditional masonry system
• Completed it with optional upgrades: firewood storage, herringbone firebox, gas starter and custom outside mount chimney cap (not pictured)

The boss has spoken. 👩‍💼

Our fearless CEO, Amelia (Millie) Monroe, showed up bright and early today to make sure everything was up to Millie Monroe standards.

After several very important tests, she declared:

Transformation Tuesday✨

We took a 1983 original open deck that had several "DIY" features from different homeowners over the years and made it into a new, custom made covered outdoor living space.

This Brookhaven project included:
✔️ Complete demolition and removal of the existing deck structure and railings
✔️ New expanded pressure-treated framing engineered for long-term durability
✔️ Brand-new Premium/Select pressure treated pine
✔️ Custom covered porch addition featuring a warm tongue-and-groove wood ceiling
✔️ Integrated recessed lighting, ceiling fan, outdoor speakers, and recessed infrared, remote control heaters for year-round comfort
✔️ New aluminum railing system for unobstructed views and modern curb appeal
✔️ New stairs and lower access to seamlessly connect the backyard living spaces
✔️ Fresh trim, fascia, gutters, and finishing details for a clean, custom appearance

Another backyard built for making memories.

A project of this scope can run 4-6 weeks, assuming we have no roadblocks. Whether it is weather, permitting, inspections, homeowner requested change orders, material/product delays or even hidden conditions discovered during demolition, it can all influence the timeline.
