Irrigation crew member is responsible for providing the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems for the company’s clients. Irrigation crew members are responsible for the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. The job requires regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Insuring a Safe Work Environment for yourself and others.
Irrigation Crew Member responsibility and performance deliverables:
• Be punctual and regular attendance is an expectation for all employees.
• Perform system startups and winterizations.
• Trouble-shoot and diagnose irrigation problems.
• Perform assigned irrigation system repairs within budgeted labor hours and costs.
• Keep all equipment clean and functional.
• Keep vehicle clean, organized and stocked to meet daily appointment needed.
• Assist crew leader loading and unloading the company vehicle (s).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the work site, shop and equipment.
• Sweep the shop, sharpen blades, and perform other duties as needed when asked.
• Actively participate in team meetings.
• Work in a safety manner with minimal accidents.
• Grow your skills and knowledge of the company and the industry.
• Maintenance tasks will be performed by crew members such as replacing and repairing valves.

Irrigation Crew Member, Skills and abilities required:
• High school graduated preferred, not required.
• 1 year practical industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds, pull piping, and loading and unloading materials onto truck.
• Ability to dig and work in a kneeling position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work alone with no assistance and follow directions.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.

Installation crew member is responsible for assisting the foreman with the daily duties for completing landscape installation jobs with the highest level of quality and efficiency. The job requires regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Insuring a Safe Environment for yourself and others.
Installation Crew Member responsibilities and performance:
• Performs highly physical installation work on a consistent basis.
• Work as part of a team and take direction.
• Communicate and coordinate with the foreman and fellow co-workers.
• Follow best practices of installation and company standards.
• Assist foreman loading and unloading the company vehicle(s).
• Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery.
• Act as a spotter for the crew leader when reversing vehicles.
• Keep all equipment clean and functional.
• Actively participate in team meetings.
• Be punctual and regular attendance is an expectation for all employees.
• Grow your skills and knowledge of the company and the industry.

Maintenance crew member is responsible for assisting the foreman with the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business or building. Plants flowers, mows and pulls weeds along with other responsibilities. Insuring a Safe Work Environment for yourself and others.
Maintenance Crew Member responsibilities and performance:
• Perform groundskeeping maintenance duties such as trim shrubs and pull weeds.
• Cut lawn using mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds and walls.
• Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
• Perform assigned production within budgeted labor hours.
• Assist foreman loading and unloading the company vehicle(s).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the work site, shop and equipment. (Performs minor repairs and maintenance on equipment.)
• Act as a spotter for the crew leader when reversing vehicles.
• Sweep the shop, sharpen blades, and perform other duties as needed when asked.
• Actively participate in team meetings.
• Rake, mulch and prune the grounds as needed.
• Grow your skills and knowledge of the company and the industry.
• Be punctual and regular attendance is an expectation for all employees.
