Nuclear energy supports our grid, and IBEW members keep it running safely in our region. IVP Austin Keyser visited the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station this month alongside leadership and members from Local 1413 and Local 245. Our dedicated plant security and operations personnel work around the clock to provide reliable, clean power to millions of homes and businesses across Ohio.

It is with deep regret that we inform you that Brother Jim Starr passed on Thursday 7/9/2026.
Friends will be received at Scarpelli Funeral Home, on Friday, 07/17/2026 from 5-8 PM.
The funeral service will be on Saturday, 07/18/2026 at 1:00pm at Scarpelli Funeral Home. Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.

🎉 Congratulations to the Officers and Members of IBEW Local 307!

We are proud to announce that we have reached the goal we set for this year—500 members! As of July 10, 2026, IBEW Local 307 officially reached this incredible milestone.

This achievement is a direct result of the hard work, dedication, and unity of our officers and members. Together, you've built a stronger Local and a brighter future for all.

📢 Attention IBEW Local 307 Members

Unfortunately, we won't be hosting our Family Picnic this year.

With the IBEW International Convention taking place, several of our officers are serving as delegates to the Convention. At the same time, we've been hard at work planning something extra special—our 125th Anniversary Celebration next year!

While we'll miss getting together at the picnic, we're excited about what's ahead and hope you'll join us as we celebrate this incredible milestone with us next year.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We can't wait to see you at our 125th Anniversary Celebration!

It's MD Election Day and IBEW 307 is supporting David Trone! The polls are now open all across MD-6, from 7am-8pm! Be sure to stop by the location closest to you!

For the Democratic primary in Maryland, IBEW 307 is proud to support David Trone for Maryland’s 6th Congressional District because he stands with us every time we need him.
In Congress, He has a 100% pro-Labor voting record, and fought to protect workers’ rights and raise standards so families can earn a real living wage. However, what sets David apart is that he’s accessible and accountable—when we call, he listens and responds. At a time when too many politicians talk past working people, David shows up and delivers.
