A&L Services is expanding for the fall and winter season!

As sealcoating season winds down, we’re now booking leaf & property cleanup, brush and debris removal, stump grinding, tree/debris cleanup, storm cleanup and firewood delivery throughout Culpeper and the surrounding counties.

A lot of my Facebook friends may not realize we’re offering these services now, so I wanted to get the word out.

NOW HIRING – Sealcoating & Asphalt Maintenance Laborer

A&L Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our pavement maintenance crew.

Job Duties:

* Sealcoating driveways and parking lots
* Hot rubber crack filling
* Pothole repairs
* Asphalt patching
* Line striping
* General labor and equipment cleanup

Requirements:
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Able to work outdoors in summer heat
✔ Able to lift 50+ lbs
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Valid driver’s license preferred
✔ Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person

Pay:

* Starting pay $17hr with no exp.
* More for experience and ability
* Opportunity for advancement

Schedule:

* Part-time to full-time seasonal work
* Typically Monday-Friday - some weekend work
* Some early mornings required

This is physical work. We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Must be available and be on time - If you’re looking for a paycheck but don’t want to work in the heat, this isn’t the job for you.

Located in the Culpeper/Brandy Station area.
