You guys have always been a professional and courteous, however I was disappointed that your technician entered my home concerned about putting his paper booties on, but not about wearing a mask. I asked him if he had one and he seemed rather annoyed with me and said he would have to go back to his truck. My husband provided him with a disposable mask that he happen to have on hand. I understand that not everyone agrees with mask wearing, but I feel strongly that businesses should have the courtesy to have their technicians always wear one when entering a customers home, and only remove it if said customer is ok with it.
