Thank you to everyone who came out to the Orange Street Festival to support Michael's Gift! Even though we only had about 1 hr 15 min of collecting donations before Momma Nature shut us down, we still raised $100 MORE than last year - for a total of $1,555! Thank you to everyone who donated from afar and took home our beautiful blooms - all of these funds will go straight to helping OC parents’ pay for their kids’ extracurricular activities.

We also collected some wonderful notes for the family who recently lost their daughter in August. A huge thank you to Lacy's Florist for donating a bow for the memorial installation.

This was absolutely made possible by the incredible flowers and ladies from blooms4good who no sooner than leaving to help us set up, had to come back and help us break down in torrential rain.

And thank you to the most wonderful Iron Pipe Alewerks team who gave us permission to impromptu pop up on their patio and Patch Brewing Co. who said YES to placing a bucket of blooms for sale in their brewery.

All of the flowers we did not sell that day we donated to Dogwood Village, an assisted living community in Orange.

And finally thank you to Ragged Mountain Perennials who donated the MOST GORGEOUS dahlias - they are always the true showstoppers at this event and we are extremely grateful.

Thank you ALL for supporting Orange County youth and keeping our little brother’s kindness and generosity alive. 💖

In Loving Memory 💗 One month ago, the Orange community lost a young life far too soon. Today, we honor his memory by helping other children have the opportunity to play, create, compete and discover what they love.

So very excited to announce I’m teaming up with blooms4good AGAIN to do a fundraiser for my little brother’s memorial fund at the Orange Street Festival on Saturday, Sept. 5.

Every penny you spend on blooms will be donated directly to Michael's Gift - last year we raised over $1,400! These funds support Orange County parents who need extra help paying for their kids’ extracurricular activities, sports equipment, registration fees, musical instruments, camps and more.

Saturday, Sept. 5: 10am-4pm in Downtown Orange Katherine Ridgeway Fahey and I hope to see you there! And p.s. today is Little Michael’s birthday. 💕

It’s Day 7! We’ll pull some past flowers and replace them with a w**d and a wildflower: Pokeberry and Fleabane. 🌱 Shout out to Erica at Snake Oak Farm for introing me to Pokeberry in bouquets when I first started growing.
