New double 4 vinyl siding (cypress). New 7” vertical vinyl (smoky grey). Lp white 4” trim around all windows & doors. New lp return on garage door with new weather stripping. New white 8” bandboards in gables. (3) new doors & (1) new patio door. All new aluminum flashings on entire house. New tyvek. Tape all windows & doors.

Are very strong , easy clean. With bright look for good energy efficiency. Back wall will be slat wall with hooks to hang bikes, shovels , etc.
