Resurfacing of a deck with some rotten joist replaced, stairs rebuilt made one set of stairs safer to walk up and down. Maintenance free trex decking and aluminum railing.

This project was a long time coming the owners started this 2 years ago and I had the pleasure to come and finish everything for them after the other contractor could not finish. All new siding, finished the four season room, new back porch, and did the garage addition and front porch in the fall

A little bit of a face lift on this porch. Raised the roof 7 inches to get it level. It’s insane how they built porches back in the day, post were hollow in the inside, and 2x6s for the header to hold up the roof! Also found an old foundation underneath the porch! Thanks for the business Redfearn’s!
