Elite Concrete Raising Co

Elite Concrete Raising Co For over 35 years, we have been raising and leveling settled concrete. We do not use any poly-foam systems, which fail prematurely.

We use a cement based structural mortar mix, pumped under high pressure, to provide the very best possible results.

The apron on this driveway had settled down enough to create a speed bump going back into the garage. We raised it using our structural mortar process to make it level to the garage floor again, with proper drainage away from the garage. This apron will be good for another 20 to 25 years, and the homeowner left us another 5 star review. We do a lot of very large concrete raising jobs, but we also do even more small jobs. No job is too small for us to take care of your concrete raising and leveling needs. Here's a small project that we recently took care of for a homeowner. She had other issues with the patio that needed work, but this is what she had budgeted for, and we were happy to help. As you can see, this stoop was draining rain water towards the house, and it was causing a wet basement issue. We raised the stoop back to it's proper grade, pitching away from the house, and this alone solved her water issue. There were no leaking cracks in the basement, as the water was spilling over the top of the sill plate/foundation area. Give us a call for a free estimate for your raising project, big or small. Here's another job that was raised by a local poly-foam contractor just 3 years ago. The homeowner was referred to us by his neighbor, and expressed his desire to get the work done with mortar instead of foam again, even though the work was still supposedly under warranty. As you can see in the photo's, once I re-drilled the holes for mortar injection, the yellow stuff is the foam, and the little black dots around the hole is NOT dirt, its ants. Ants were under the slab, eating the poly-foam the previous contractor injected. You can't believe everything they tell you, but you can certainly believe what your eyes see. Unfortunately, I run into this kind of stuff all the time. We raised and leveled this driveway back to it's correct height with the garage floor, and the customer left us another 5 star review. Our nation is celebrating it's 250th birthday in one month, so it's time to get your patio ready for the barbeque and party! Here's a patio that had settled quite a bit, around 6" down, and we were recently hired to raise and level it back to it's original step height off the stoop, as well as restoring drainage away from the house so water wouldn't get into their basement. The job went great, and the customer left us another 5 star review! Give us a call at (815)459-6346 to get your raising project estimated and scheduled. We're very busy, so don't wait until the last minute!

This front entrance walkway supports the front steps to the porch, that my good friend Scott Franzen from Franzen Painting has his team building for the homeowner. As you can see, it was leaning hard to the right, down about 6" total, and 4" from the left side, causing a serious entrance issue. I raised and leveled the concrete back to it's correct level grade and height, and Scott and his guys will rebuild new stringers and stairs for the homeowner, along with a lot of other work he and his team are doing. Thanks, Scott, for the referral and support. Give us a call at (815)459-6346 to see how much money we can save you by raising and leveling your settled concrete instead of replacing it!

I saw this project posted on a local FB group, and the homeowner was looking to have someone grind the high corners of her sidewalk down, because a different local poly-foam contractor told her it couldn't be raised. Nonsense. I told her I'd be happy to come look at it and give her a quote for raising and leveling it properly. She was very happy to find out that it was repairable, and as you can see, experience matters. The sidewalk took me about 90 minutes to raise and level, and now she has no more tripping hazard, and no unsightly grinding damage to look at. Give us a call at (815)459-6346, and put my 37 years of experience to work finding a good solution for your settling concrete.

This elderly homeowner could no longer use her front door because she couldn't navigate the settled from step and sidewalk. It was a 15" drop down to the first step!! I haven't seen one this bad in a very long time. I raised and leveled it back to it's original 7" step height, and she asked me to make it even shorter, so I brought it up to 6". She was very happy when she was able to test it out with success. Give us a call to get your raising project estimated and scheduled at (815)459-6346.
