Last Friday, we had the chance to celebrate our Indiana Team and the families who stand behind them.

Construction takes a team, and that team extends well beyond the jobsite. Our families play a big part in supporting our people throughout the season, and Family Day gave us a chance to bring everyone together, say thank you, and enjoy some time outside of work.

The kiddos had a blast taking over Zao Island with plenty of games, laughs and fun. The adults even got in on the action with a little friendly go-kart racing!

Great teams and good work are built by people who take ownership of what’s in front of them.

Jason Recob, President, took the Game Balls directly to the people and places where the work happens. Stopping by the shop to recognize Jim Burger, Oswego Head Mechanic, and heading to the jobsite to recognize Steve Norton, Excavation Superintendent.

It’s always special to recognize our teammates where they do their best work, surrounded by the people they work alongside every day.
