Here's a quick explanation of what we do when we say we polish all your pivots during an overhaul.

Not only do we thoroughly inspect every part, every tooth, and clean everything, we polish all pivots on every gear and smooth over every bushing. This ensures a nice smooth ride at each friction point in the different trains after we add a dot of clock oil.

This same process is applied to each pivot. Most clocks have anywhere from 10-30 individual pivots give or take depending on the movement. Enjoy!

I know... the work load is tremendous!

Don't get me wrong, I love the opportunity to work on your time piece, but I will never give up quality for quantity.

Though sometimes something might slip through, my goal is to have everything perfect. Hang in there and we will get to your clock soon. The waiting list is steady and everytime I knock 10 off of it, 12 more jump on.

I typically close from Thansgiving to New Year's to spend time relaxing with family and also to take some time to get caught up on work loads. With that said, I'm not seeing much change at this point. I am still booked out about 1 year at this time.

Please remember to not come out to the shop unless you have an appointment. Unexpected visits also throw me off my train of thought and cause for a complete reset after the visit which knocks me back a good hour each time. So appointments are a must!

As always, I greatly appreciate the support and the love from all my customers, current and future!!!

Some of you have been waiting for this one... look what has officially made its way to the bench!

Granted, I've cheated a little as I've already stripped all of the metal components off and cleaned them, ordered all the replacement parts needed, and so forth.

It's time to start on this case and see what we can do with it. We will start by working on all the broken pieces of laminate for now. Stay tuned!!!

Completely rebuilt this 22-tooth music works for a cuckoo I'm working on. It was horrible! Even the music tube was falling apart in multiple pieces. I wish I took a before picture, but when you are working on something so interesting it's an easy thing to forget to do!

Here's a reproduction that had been due for its 5-year maintenance. Very nice looking tall case clock.

I know it can be difficult to locate us for some traveling to the area. We are putting up a 4' x 3' sign at the corner of the property to help with this issue. It'll look similar to the image here. I hope this helps.

We are also in the process of building a new shop so bare with us while we get this project under way. We have to expand in order to assist the monster waiting list we have.

We appreciate all of you. You are the best customers we could ever ask for and part of our clock family now. Thank you for helping us to grow and for allowing us to work on your timepieces.
