Three insulation mats, endless fabrication possibilities for any industry.

Silica needled mat (SNM): offered in 1/8”, ¼”, ½”, and 1” thicknesses, sold as roll goods or can be fabricated to size ranging from 33’ to 130’ in length

Applications include: Furnace liners, pre-heat and pwht blankets/pads, welding blankets/curtains, acoustical sound proofing, insulation pads, die cutting, freeze protection where temps exceed below 0°F, etc.

ENM E-Glass mat: fiberglass insulation mat offered in ½” and 1” thicknesses, sold as roll goods up to 60” wide x 75’ long or fabricated to size

Applications include: Removable insulation blankets, heat shields, welding applications, gaskets, furnaces, freeze protection where temps exceed below 0°F, etc.

BB Board: ½” SNM mat with aluminized coating on back side, sold in sheets, rolls, or fabricated to size

Applications include: Heat shields, pipe wrap, die cutting, air leaks, and sound absorption.

Introducing a wide range of induction heating custom made products. Pictured below includes the following:

First picture: A removable furnace blanket with adjustable tabs to accommodate induction coils up to 160'.

Second and third pictures: Preheat blankets with coil fastening tabs and operating temps of 1,000°F.

Fourth picture: HS.9.2: a material made with e-glass fabric on both sides, includes ½” thick e-glass insulation, typically used for preheat blankets/pads. Features include stitching every 1”, no compression on insulation, no hot or cold spots, with an operating temp of 1,000°F.

Sizing and prices for the HS 9.2 rolls are as follows:
8” wide x 10’ long: $25.00 each
8” wide x 20’ long: $50.00 each
12” wide x 20’ long: $37.70 each
24” wide x 10’ long: $75.00 each
24” wide x 20’ long: $150.00 each
Custom sizes available at $3.75/ft².
