This is why it is so important to know who you are building with when it comes to your dream backyard.
Elevation is one of the biggest factors in a pool build, and if your builder does not measure the elevation of your yard correctly, things can go wrong very quickly.
Here is what can happen when elevation is not planned the right way
• Water drainage issues that cause flooding
• Soil movement that shifts the foundation

• Decking that becomes uneven or begins to sink
